Commission Policy – Wealth Path

Last Updated: 01-10-2025

At Wealth Path, we believe in transparency and fairness. This Commission Policy outlines how commissions are earned, calculated, and paid to our partners, affiliates, and representatives.

1. Eligibility

  • Only approved partners, affiliates, or representatives of Wealth Path are eligible to earn commissions.

  • You must have an active account and comply with all Terms & Conditions to remain eligible.

2. Commission Structure

  • Commissions are based on successful transactions generated through your referrals, promotions, or sales.

  • The percentage or fixed commission rate will be communicated to you in writing at the time of onboarding.

  • Special campaigns or promotional offers may carry different commission rates, which will be notified separately.

3. Payment Terms

  • Commissions are calculated on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified.

  • Payments will be made within [15–30] business days after the end of each earning cycle.

  • Commissions are payable only after the transaction is confirmed, cleared, and not subject to refund or chargeback.

  • Payments will be made via [Bank Transfer / UPI / PayPal or as agreed].

4. Minimum Payout Threshold

  • A minimum earning threshold of [e.g., ₹1,000 / $50] must be reached before commission payout.

  • Earnings below this threshold will roll over to the next cycle.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • If a customer requests a refund or a transaction results in a chargeback, the related commission will be deducted from your account.

  • Negative balances (if applicable) will be adjusted against future earnings.

6. Taxes & Deductions

  • All commissions are subject to applicable taxes under the law.

  • Partners are responsible for providing valid tax information (such as PAN/GST in India) to process payments.

7. Compliance

  • Commissions will not be paid on transactions generated through fraud, misuse, or violation of Wealth Path policies.

  • We reserve the right to withhold or cancel commissions if suspicious or non-compliant activity is detected.

8. Modifications

  • Wealth Path reserves the right to update or modify this Commission Policy at any time.

  • Changes will be communicated in advance and updated on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
